At LZMFG, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
